Rebate99 was built with one purpose: to give Malaysian players an online gaming experience that is genuinely fun, safe, and fair. More than just another platform — we are a community.
Join rebate99 Explore GamesMore than just a platform — we are your gaming partner
Rebate99 started with a simple question: why is it so hard to find an online gaming platform that truly understands what Malaysian players need? Most platforms at the time were either too slow, didn't support local payment methods, or offered customer support with no Malay language option at all.
So in 2019, a group of tech-savvy individuals passionate about gaming decided to build something themselves. From a small office in Malaysia, rebate99 launched with a focus on one thing: local player satisfaction. We are not an international company that simply translates an interface into Bahasa Melayu — we are from here, and we understand what Malaysian players truly want.
Today, rebate99 has grown into one of Malaysia's most active online gaming platforms, with hundreds of thousands of registered members and over 1,200 games from internationally acclaimed providers. Despite the growth, the way we operate remains the same — putting players first, putting honesty first, and delivering an experience that is genuinely enjoyable.
"We believe every Malaysian player deserves a gaming platform that fast, transparent, and genuinely supportive of the local community — not just a platform with a Malay name but a foreign soul."
— The Founding Team of rebate99

The principles behind every decision we make
Every company claims to have values. We believe values only mean something when they show up in daily actions — not just printed on an office wall. These are the values that truly shape how rebate99 operates.
Integrity without compromise. rebate99 never hides terms in small-print footnotes. Every promotion, every withdrawal limit, every policy — stated clearly and accessible to all members. If a policy changes, we notify you in advance.
Responsibility towards players. We take responsible gaming seriously. The rebate99 platform is equipped with self-management tools that let players set deposit limits, loss limits, or take a break from the platform whenever needed.
Continuous improvement. rebate99 never stops evolving. Every piece of player feedback is taken seriously and forms the foundation of platform updates. Over the past five years, we have launched more than 40 major updates based on community suggestions.

The commitments we uphold every day in running this platform
When you join rebate99, you are not just registering a gaming account. You are joining a community built on mutual trust. We understand that trusting an online platform with your money is not a decision made lightly — and we do not take that responsibility for granted.
Our first commitment is transparency in everything. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every game is visible in the game information. Bonus terms are clearly stated before you accept any offer. Withdrawal limits, processing times, and any policy that affects your money — all disclosed openly, never buried.
Our second commitment is support that genuinely helps. Not bots giving templated replies, not emails that take three days to answer. The rebate99 support team is available via in-platform live chat, in Bahasa Melayu, and trained to resolve issues quickly and accurately. Most issues are resolved in under 10 minutes.
Our third commitment is fair play. All games on the rebate99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by third parties. This ensures every round, every spin, and every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including rebate99 itself.
Finally, we are committed to growing alongside our community. Player feedback is among the most valuable input we receive. The rebate99 feedback program lets every member contribute ideas for platform improvements — and many of rebate99's latest features were actually born from player suggestions.
